Account Registration and Eligibility

To play at 9wick, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

9wick reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using government-issued documents. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. If you have multiple accounts, 9wick may close all of them and forfeit balances. One account per person, per household, and per payment method is permitted.

Responsible Gaming Commitments

9wick is committed to safe, responsible play. You may set limits on deposits, losses, or session length via your account settings. These tools help manage your spending. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you can request temporary suspension (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. 9wick does not encourage excessive play. Players showing signs of problem gambling—frequent large deposits, extended play sessions, or chasing losses—may be contacted by our support team. We provide resources and links to organizations like the National Mental Health Institute (NMHI) for players seeking help.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

All bonuses—including the 245% Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus (16%), and Daily Cashback (1.4%)—are promotional credits subject to wagering requirements. The Welcome Bonus requires 22x wagering of the bonus amount before withdrawal. Bonuses expire 7 days after issue if unused. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots count 100%, live casino 50%, and sports betting 0%.

Bonus Eligibility and Forfeiture

Bonuses apply only to new players on their first deposit and to existing players on reload deposits or cashback promotions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; they convert to real money only after wagering conditions are met. If your account is closed or suspended, any pending bonuses are forfeited. Abuse of bonus terms—such as registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly—results in account closure and balance confiscation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

9wick accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit is ৳450; maximum daily deposit is unlimited, but 9wick may impose limits based on account history. Deposits are processed within 5 minutes. Minimum withdrawal is ৳900, and maximum daily withdrawal is ৳170,000. Withdrawals take approximately 29 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods.

First Withdrawal and Fees

Your first withdrawal is processed within 6 hours of request (after KYC approval). Subsequent withdrawals follow standard timelines. 9wick does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. All amounts shown in your account are in BDT (Bengali Taka).

Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

Before your first withdrawal, 9wick requires identity verification. Accepted documents include your National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Upload a clear image or PDF via your account dashboard. Our KYC team reviews documents within 2 hours on average.

KYC protects both you and 9wick by preventing fraud and money laundering. Submitting false or altered documents results in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds. Your documents are stored securely and never shared with third parties without legal obligation.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

Players must not: use bots or automated software, engage in fraud or collusion with other players, exploit system glitches, use VPNs to bypass regional restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or payment systems. Suspected violations trigger immediate account review and possible suspension.

Account Closure Grounds

9wick may close your account without notice if you: breach these Terms, violate local laws, engage in money laundering or terrorist financing, submit fraudulent KYC documents, use multiple accounts, or repeatedly exceed responsible gaming limits despite warnings. Upon closure, your account balance is frozen pending investigation. If no violation is found, funds are returned within 7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

9wick is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Your total liability is limited to the amount deposited in your account. 9wick disclaims liability for third-party services (payment providers, hosting, etc.). Internet outages, payment delays, or system failures, while rare, are beyond 9wick's control; we make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error occurred—such as a missing deposit or incorrect game outcome—contact 9wick within 30 days via [email protected] or live chat. Provide your account details and a description of the issue. Our team investigates within 5 business days and responds with findings.

If you remain unsatisfied after our response, disputes proceed to Bangladesh's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. You may also file a complaint with Bangladesh Bank's Consumer Protection department. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; any legal action occurs in Dhaka District Court.
