Questions About 9wick Register
Can I register multiple 9wick accounts with the same phone number?
No. Each phone number can have only one active 9wick account. If you try to register the same number twice, you'll see "Phone number already registered." Using multiple accounts violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension. If you need a new account, contact [email protected] to confirm your old account can be closed.
What happens if I forget my 9wick password?
Go to the 9wick Login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your phone number. We'll send a reset code via SMS. Follow the link or enter the code to create a new password. You'll receive instructions within 2 minutes. If SMS doesn't arrive, check spam folder or contact [email protected].
Do I have to provide my full name or ID during registration?
Registration needs only your phone number and password. Your full name and ID are requested later when you make your first withdrawal—this is the KYC process required by law in Bangladesh. This protects both you and 9wick. No ID is needed to play or deposit.
Is my personal information safe with 9wick?
Yes. 9wick uses SSL encryption (128-bit minimum) to protect all data during transmission. Your phone number, password, and ID documents are encrypted at rest. We comply with Bangladeshi data protection rules. 9wick will never sell your information to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Can players under 18 register for 9wick?
No. 9wick is strictly for players 18 years and older. By checking "I agree to Terms & Conditions," you confirm you are 18+. Using a false birthdate or false identity violates our policy and may result in permanent account closure and forfeit of funds. Guardians are not permitted to register on behalf of minors.
How do I activate my welcome bonus after registering?
Your bonus does not require activation. Once you make your first deposit of ৳450 or more, the 245% bonus automatically credits to your account within minutes. The bonus amount appears separately in your account. You then have 7 days to complete 22× wagering. Unused bonus after 7 days expires. Read bonus terms in the Promotions section after login.
